I loved lounging on the private beach, feeling like a celebrity with my cocktail in hand. The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after sunbathing. And the food.wow! I practically ate my weight in delicious meals. Heaven!

Oh, having to pay with cash only was such a unique experience. Who needs modern conveniences like credit cards?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sawa Sawa Beach House, located on the calm side of Kwale County. From the moment I inquired about my stay, I felt at ease and this feeling continued throughout my 10-day stay. the hotel itself may not be big, but the spotless rooms and large bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. There were also common areas with a pool and lounge areas, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. the staff at Sawa Sawa were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay special. the chef even prepared delicious vegetarian meals specifically for me. the peaceful atmosphere of the beach house and the friendly locals in the nearby village made it feel like a little paradise.

I highly recommend Sawa Sawa Beach House for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Staying at this beach house was mind-blowing! The value for money is superb, with a beautiful location right on a lovely beach. The ocean view during meals is jaw-dropping. The Dutch couple who own the place were incredibly helpful and made us feel like we were visiting friends. The staff, especially our hostess Wanga, were super friendly. The beach is almost empty and the private part with hammocks is pure bliss. The house itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and there are various areas to relax. The breakfast, especially the fruit salad, is delicious. The location may be a bit remote, but it's totally worth it. The flawless service and fresh meals made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!

The hosts Jan and Nicollette were accommodating, and Alice provided excellent service. The beach was quiet and perfect for exploring. The chef - Rashid - made delicious local dishes.
